I completely agree with every word you said in your first paragraph. It’s an absolute masterpiece, however one could argue it’s storyline/plot and dialogue isn’t exactly Citizen Kane lol

As long as they keep a base model attainable I feel like they can grow the top end as much as they want.  If anything the Z06 and ZR1 help keep Corvette as a whole more affordable.

I hate to say it, but $100k is the new $75k. Cars generally have gotten more expensive across the board, especially performance cars. I think a better way to look at Corvette prices is to compare them to their competitors of the time. For example:

After more than a decade holding out on this website I’m about ready to leave. This is literally the worst developed website I visit daily and it’s becoming way too much. The experience feels as though it’s made to suck on purpose. 

False. Floor/ console shift is the best.  You don't need 2 hands to make a 3 point turn,  so just leave your hand at the shifter on the console.  R and D are just an N away.

Basically the price went up because some previously optional features became standard.
