Yeah, maybe the driver mis-estimated the truck’s closing speed and/or the capability of the vehicle he was driving.  He certainly wouldn’t have done this on purpose. 

People are individuals, and we typically possess the same kind of traits regardless of where we come from. There are plenty of people who come here illegally to take advantage of our system, run drugs, etc. In my experience that is a very small percentage, and most just want to scratch out a living for their family.

Yeah, I worked at a shop where we stripped cop cars and FBI cars for sale after their duty was done.  We also stripped and cleaned seized cars to become DARE cars.  You can’t have police insignia or funtioning police equipment in a driven car.  It’s a federal crime, and a felony at that.
