You gotta watch out for low mileage examples as the odometers are notorious for breaking. Someone in theory could wait a while and then get it replaced or repaired. I've had some apart and it would be very easy to pop a cog for a bit.

Sunlight glare, electronic gremlins and reliability. The fact they don't age well and look cheesy after a couple of years.
Yes, I would imagine New England would still have quite a few, with all the professional Writers and all ;-). I'm on the West coast now, but grew up on the East Coast.
Believe it or not...a 240 wagon has become almost impossible to find for sale in good condition. The last 2 240s I bought were sedans, only because I couldn't find a nice wagon. And now it seems any wagon is hard to find. Local Craigslist shows 11 240 postings and not one wagon. 240's in general are becoming…
I'm very excited about this film. I found the twitter pics posted by Mr. Howard a bit ago and I refuse to look at any more pictures not to mention footage. I don't think some liberties are a problem. Auto Parts. Or more specifically, any part that actually has a mechanical function. My dad and I used to call 'em "White Box Specials". The headache is almost never worth the money saved. Water Pump? Doesn't quite fit right, starts leaking in a year or two. Brake rotors? Warp twice as fast. Shocks? Seem too…
Sold! Were do I get one?
Yep. This may act as first round hype. In a few years someone may regret not picking it up the first time.
Because it looks like the first Mini. Restored it looks like a nice Mini. No one would ask "Why do you have that piece of crap?". To which you could answer, "It's the first Mini".
My buddy always says, "I wouldn't kick 'er outta bed for eating crackers". Looks down at his crotch. "Isn't that right Crackers?".
200K in an 89 and 200K in a '92.
Awesome eyes man.
In pic #5. With seats removed looks even more like tub.
Be careful there...
