I did it once, but felt like total crap and went back to a previous save. I just couldn't do it. Those little adorable Muppet faced Adam munchers warm my heart. You can find the different endings on Youtube.

I learned to save my game before I fought a dragon. I can't tell you how many times I watched an NPC quest giver run into a flaming shower with a dagger.
