@Neige: Taking part in homebrew and playing pirated games are to entirely seperate activities. A homebrew machine can do many things other than play games. It may not even be capable of playing pirated games... who knows.

@Neige: When you buy a piece of hardware and reprogram it to behave differently then intended, what have you stole? It's purity?

@MusashiX: This is the story of the game industry. Few winners and many losers. The XBLA model (smaller, cheaper downloadable games) is one of the few saving grace of such a competative landscape in that a game that sells 40K-100K units can still turn a healty profit.

I doubt this is a case of "They just don't build kids like they used to" but 12 hours of gaming is hardly anything to see as life threatining. Clearly there were other problems that have yet to be discovered. How blaming games can give anyone peace is beyond me.

There is a sick underbelly of Kotaku commenters these days who seem to lurk these "crime" stories waiting to attack the entire race of the criminal with their silly bag of stereotypes and hate. @Wanderlei Santos: When you play back through the YouTube app, the content you've played integrates into your media hub on your phone. You can go back and browse that content without having to go through search.
