I think that’s an unreasonable standard that makes something like 99% of sex-havers rapists. People have mutually enjoyable drunken sex all the time, literally tens of thousands of times per day. Those folks aren’t getting raped. Such a hard, inflexible standard isn’t progress, it’s puritanism.
