I think it was a whole bunch of people in that apartment building calling 9-11 about the 5-6 gunshots and screaming. This also showed how disruptive Becky and Steven's relationship actually is, real world effects instead of just being able to yell at each other in the woods like the older Twin Peaks generation

We watch Twin Peaks, then go over to a GoT night, then we come back home and watch Twin Peaks again. I couldn't slog through Exposition Dragons knowing that a new Peaks was just sitting unwatched on Amazon's servers.

Yes! I'd love to see another season that partly centers on the stuff Deputy Briggs has to figure out how to deal with every week in Twin Peaks.
