I just found out that Dead Rising 4 isn’t Play Anywhere. Super disappointed. Any idea when the review for that will be going out? Seems like it is (understandably) flying under the radar a bit.

This headline is misleading, considering the content of the article. The woman is not currently liable for the fine, that would require a court to rule that she is “on the hook”, so to speak. Potentially liable would be more clear/accurate.
