and you know how? conducted dna testing/gene mapping?
it's like saying someone with a last name Lopez has no Latino/Hispanic connections…
oh yeah, and boxing brothers Klitchko. as Ukie as they come… one (Vitalij) is the Mayor of Kyiv now.

Keep trying. I am mostly real bad with books.. I have - right now - 9 I am reading, more on the wish list. I finish only the ones that really grab me, and that's a very exclusively curated list, and still I end up with dozens at a time! So much content!!! Right now, as we speak, I am reading "The Sinner" - TV show

ha ha I am still trying to bite more than I can chew… and chew it all :)

Well, not surprising, and again, lots of Russian citizens have last names ending with -ko, they have Ukrainian lineage.
I know Americans are not much into soccer (hmm, football) but if you ever heard - there is almost as famous as David Beckham European soccer superstar - Andriy Shevchenko (Dynamo Kyiv, Ukraine, etc.)

    ha ha ha, nice theory.
no, it is very simple really, my initials, first name begins with an O, last name begins with a K. not very creative or imaginative :) My nickname at work is O, people just call me O (not Oprah, no disrespect :)

For the record, I am not exusing either character behavior (or behaviour), they are both murderers, and who's more justified is a pointless debate, still they both murdered.
I even asked why wouldn't Walker join the Ottos against ZA threats instead of fighting humans who are actually alive. Would make more sense. if

If you are asking me, I would guess that was a way for Strand to "burn bridges" that connected him to his old life, his old ways. He wants to put it all behind and not pretend he can continue wearing white tux and sipping scotch on board of a luxury yacht.
He is joining ZA as a survivor with only clothes on his back

No I am not the problem. That is most definitely not the case, You don;t know me, so I do not believe you can say anything like that with any authority. I am not unsympathetic towards the Native Americans and what happened, and in my opinion, the show is portraying how this issue is so gray area and not cut and dry

    i agree

fair enough. accept the argument you are making.
    but… still…

how would you know? have had a glimpse into some future utopia?

yeah, there was really a Realtor showing them around and a real estate lawyer drawing up all pertinent paperwork back then
    seriously?

The problem is that that kind of paradise country would be essentially race-unaware:)

    condensed soilent green :)

How do you feel about "mexicans are all rapists and murderers" coming out of the mouth of you know who
my point is, being racist is NOT officially frowned upon by our sad society

isn't being racist and bigoted and hating ok now? blessed and approved by the WH crew?
or is it only ok if it is NOT about white people, whatever that means?

was it specifically stated in the context of this show that Walker's tribe sold "willingly" and not "under duress" to whoever bought their land? I do not recall, I might be wrong there, or you are just speculating.
Ans let's not kid ourselves here, don't we know by now how "the natives themselves" "sold" their lands to

Plz no #whereIsLuciana, Ophelia's was unbearable enough

Elizabeth, thank you for not firing bullets at me :)
I get what you said, the title is indeed "divisive" as perhaps was the underlying theme of this half-season?
how easily we are divided into our little insulated "tribal" points of view, even in ZA! I think by doing that, pointing that out once again, in our smug

That convo was wild (no pun intended) :)
what are the odds some Russian cosmonaut with a Ukrainian last name can quote like that?? Science fiction, I say! :)
