Thank you for confirming that I'm not going crazy! It's weird though that Maril (the producer) confirmed that this is taking place is 1744 and the 1745 was a mistake, but then they switched episode 2 to also say 1745. Wonder if both episodes will be changed back to 1744 for DVD/Blu-Ray?

Thanks for this info. I've only read the first book as I didn't want to spoil this season for myself so didn't know this was an ongoing issue. Guess I'll just have to try not to think about it moving forward…

Damn, I could have sworn that it said 1744, but I just checked on Starz.com (the episode is already up) and you're right, it does say 1745. But yeah, you're not the only one maddened by the timeline, especially with a show so focused on history it's really tough for me to ignore when the timing of events doesn't seem
