Did he tell you? Are you trying to work it out? Sorry to hear about your situation. :(

You have every right to feel the way you feel and shouldn’t feel guilty for it. Do whatever you need to do to feel better and remember that your life still matters. I’m sorry you had to endure so much. :(
I didn’t realize that. If our minority leader and 2 of our most popular Senators are supporting him, things are looking better than I thought for Ellison. Only time will tell though.
True, but she’s half Thai, and in general, we don’t have the same kind of disrespect for Asians as we do other non-white ethnicities.
Maybe Tammy Duckworth, because military heads can’t hate on a disabled veteran too much. Although it would be weird with her winning Obamas old Senate seat...
Lucky you. The SEPTA regional rail got sick this morning, and I was late and in a bad mood, and I saw a Pat Toomey sign and had to restrain myself from kicking it down.
It depends if I can, and when it’s seriously in danger (it’ll take some time to repeal). But if not, and it’s 6 years like I’ve heard, I’ll be 27, and will be able to afford it then.
He didn’t want the divorce to be on him for the THIRD time; that’s just crazy! But if she has to leave, well...
And um, in the 50s, the very wealthy had higher taxes! Actually, let’s bring that part of the 50s back.
Right? It sucks that they can’t retire for the next 4 years. :(
I’m pretty sure I’m younger than you, but the majority of my friends who posted angrily were white...granted, I’m from a rather liberal area, but still. I’m sorry your friends suck. :(
So true. I don’t think blaming it on identity is going to help anyone, it’s just dividing us. As a white female millennial from a working class family in a white area, it took me time to get on board with white privilege. Not just because I didn’t personally see it, but because it was villainizing even though we were…
Try it while running? If you don’t, you’ll burn out so fast. And then you get an endorphin rush while protecting your body from the now screwed up health care system we’re going to have. :(
I live in Penn for grad school and voted, but I guess it didn’t do much. Oh well, I tried...
My IUD has been in for 2 years and it’s a 5 year lasting one. It’ll last just until I’m done with grad school. I feel like this is all part of their plan to make sure white ladies keep reproducing or something. Joke’s on them though; my FWB is a legal immigrant of color.
I just want Pence to die peacefully or quit or something and get an actual moderate VP. Or for us to do redo this election. Either way.
Well, it’s a bit unfair to say it doesn’t work just because twice in 16 years we got someone we didn’t like, but I agree. We are no longer new states, and if we want to unify and get turnout, we should change to the popular vote.
While I voted for Hillary and find fault in the Stein voters (since Clinton was obviously closer), I don’t think all of these Johnson voters would have voted for Clinton. I think a bit more of them would have voted Trump. So can we stop with that?
But Mike Pence is actually worse than him, so that’s not good. :(
That hasn’t been the case for me. One white woman I know held on, one black guy refuses to vote even though he pays strong attention to politics, and my ex (white male) is voting Hillary. So it’s all personal experience I guess.
