I was in a women’s dorm 2 years ago. They did change it though because more make students were coming on campus.

Silent floors keep you from being harassed (at least, no one has ever approached me on one personally), and the use of private rooms to reserve for female groups who don’t want to be bothered. It’s not perfect, but it deals with most of the issue without being at odds with the law.

Or maybe have Winter rotate between the upkept places with stadiums? Supposedly Salt Lake City made decent use of the infrastructure. That way more countries get a chance but it solves the issue of building a new thing every time.

If I was cheating, I wouldn’t admit that I was playing with a younger woman/man. I would say I was playing with a male coworker. So he could be obtuse, or wasn’t planning on cheating but is now (or will). It just seems like too lame of an excuse for someone to actually make.
