There are guys out there that are legit, but they’re probably working shitty jobs somewhere. At this point, most people in the US don’t have reliable access to anything you described. Safer work isn’t reliable and doesn’t pay as much. Quality healthcare for serious conditions that won’t bankrupt you is out of reach for most people. Access to all that information is gated and you need to pay for it.
