It's cool man! I already saw the games but I thought I should point it out.

Right on right on, I keep hearing that but it's never matched with my experiences. The creep denial mechanic is just a more straightforward way of denial, it's actually more complicated in LoL to deny creeps because you can't just kill your own units, which I prefer.

It varies from team to team but usually it's not as loud so even when teams are pinging like crazy it's not as bad. I play LoL so I guess I'm just used to it anyway.

This is entirely possible as I do, I did, and definitely. I also like action games (I'd argue the MOBA genre is a healthy balance of both). Well that is to say many but not all action games, I'm not a huge fan of the FPS genre or shooters in general but I like fighting games and the many iterations of RPGs. As well as

Sure, but planning and executing a victory in many strategy games is supremely satisfying. Gratifying even. Fun gets used too much. Candy is fun. I like candy. Cooking a healthy an oh so tasty meal from scratch? Very gratifying. I love cooking a gratifying meal.

But his games don't showcase and glorify violence the way the Mortal Kombat series does. In fact those games are designed in such a way that unless you're just on auto pilot you have to consider the ramifications of doing so and it's not the only or even best option, it's just an option. There are many many ways to

Well if Kuvira succeeds in uniting the Earth Nation under her rule, and then decides to expand the Earth Nation by military action that would most definitely be fascism in my book. Fascism as a general term is still something of debate in academia, but what we've seen so far strongly points to it being a possibility.

I feel the same about this comment. ;)

I tried the demo, I don't see a future for this game on the 3ds. I'm hoping it's different on the console but I am not understanding the glowing reviews the 3ds version is getting.

Oh I didn't think you were necessarily just pointing out that it's not an accurate summation of his problems. I actually agree with you, but I also thought the original post that started this thread was hilarious and meant to be cheeky not accurate.

Fair enough.

Okay that I can work with, and I think I agree with your overall point that Americans aren't any less intelligent today than in the past.

For one to be misguided, they must be led. From every anecdote I've read George Lucas doesn't take input from anyone but George Lucas, and perhaps a Muppet or two. George has a fantastic imagination, he's just a poor screen writer and even worse director. If you want proof I can only point at Empire as a prime example

If you do let him know he's got a fan.

Edit: Damn it wrong reply.

I think you both are drawing a false equivalence between intelligence and education. One is a matter of aptitude, the other is a matter of experience. I've met some truly dumb (but none the less persistent) people with advanced degrees. I also think intelligence itself is a loaded word, because there are different

I'm not fracking surprised. We live in a world where banal reality television has more of a chance to make it than shows like Pushing Daisies or Firefly. It's been almost six years and I'm still pissed about Pushing Daisies.
