Hades are both names for the Greek god, with the Roman being Dis Pater.

I'm pretty sure it's Max Rager. The kids took serial killer zombie's stuff (it was in the text message to the drummer), which means they have the flash drive that contains Max Rager's secrets. Max Rager offered money for the drive to lure them out, then started killing them.
