Unfortunately, not yet. We'll have to watch for the laws to be created and put in place, and they've got a deadline of a year from the Supreme Court decision. I just looked it up, and the decision was February 6, so they're got a while to make it happen.

If this terrible scenario does come to pass, a ban on euthanasia in Canada was struck down as being against our Charter rights a month ago or so. I don't know about in the States, but in Canada, this could be interpreted as unlawful confinement, albeit on the less severe end, of course.

My best friend's mother is going through this right now. There's a history of cheating, and she's waiting on an STI test currently because she was showing all the signs of something.
