Is there a guarantee that unique unlocks happen when you pay? I’ll probably never do it regardless but after hitting level 5 I’m already getting duplicates. Nothing will upset me more than to pay real money and get 2 duplicates in the same loot box.

Kills are not scored as matches are decided by capturing/defending points on the map or delivering/preventing payloads to a destination, usually based on a timer. Destiny reddit (specifically, r/fireteams) is a good place to start. There you can post and talk to people about your level of experience so you may hopefully find a group willing to show you the ropes. I find the lfg sites that sprung up is where you find a lot of the people you’re referring to.

Probably true no matter what game you play, especially with any loot-based MMO. My friends and I returned to it after several months off and trying other games *cough*The Division*cough* to find that the April update makes the game a lot more enjoyable.

Didn’t pre-order from best buy, but is it maybe a midnight release thing? When I worked at an AMC years ago they would list midnight releases as the day before, despite the time being 12:01am, just because that was technically the business date.
