Yeah but NAMOR is going to be on New Avengers AND HE WAS DIRECTLY RESPONSIBLE FOR THE DESTRUCTION OF WAKANDA, compared to Storm who was merely a member of the Extinction Squad and clearly was horrified by Namor's actions.

Biggest issue with this episode is that the writers clearly still have no idea how to handle parallel story-telling. More stuff with Michonne and Andrea would have been nice.

Yeah, I really didn't understand Cap's reasoning on that, especially considering that Cable tried to kill the Avengers as well in X-Sanction. You'd think he'd want to stay as far away from the Summers bloodline as he could.

Yeah, Peter David is finally doing the Hell On Earth War arc in X-Factor 250.

Aaron's asking angry fans to keep reading, which seems to be the default of Marvel writers as we head towards Now!, see also Dan Slott suffering fools on twitter who are making assumptions about SUPERIOR SPIDER-MAN *before the events that cause it to happen have even taken place, with only the most cursory of…

I really enjoyed it, although I think I had more issues with the epilogue-ness of it than you did, Oliver. The eulogy for Professor X was great, especially the intercuts to Cyclops in prison, but would have really been better suited for AvX CONSEQUENCES, ala introducing Miles Morales in ULTIMATE COMICS FALLOUT and…

Wait what book did they bring The Wasp back in??? I'd love to see her back on the Avengers, and since there's a bunch of characters not yet revealed it'd make sense they save the reveal for then.

Holy shit I just watched the finale and holy shit. That last scene.

Dredd and Anderson are played well, and the film doesn't feel like as much of a slog as I feared. It's fast-paced and the filmmakers seem to actually appreciate the character enough to do it justice, so the film actually is fun.

Regular 3D? I forget, I don't know if it was 4K projection or not, but this is only the second time I didn't have a major issue with 3D in a movie giving me eyestrain (I just saw FINDING NEMO last week and was fine, but LION KING and BEAUTY & THE BEAST killed me).
