Yeah that's exactly it. In the first time he was already getting angry (although not to Hulk Levels yet I don't think) and felt betrayed (since SHIELD made it clear that they didn't really care about his problem and were basically prepared for him to Hulk Out) and the attack set him off in an uncontrollable way. That

Coulson isn't dead. Joss Whedon confirmed it and he's already in talks to be in IRON MAN 3.

I kinda agree and kinda disagree. There were some weird moments near the end of FNL (like Landry and Matt not graduating at the same time, since I thought they were the same age) but otherwise the last season was really good. That show also kind of benefits in that each season is basically a season-long movie: every

I really really hope AVC covers YOUNG JUSTICE. This is probably one of my favorite weekly cartoons, next to ADVENTURE TIME and KORRA.

The "fucking" aspect of that comment wasn't directed at you, btw, but directed at how excited I am for a Booster Gold show.

I guess you missed today when SyFy announced new shows they were producing, including a fucking BOOSTER GOLD TV SHOW.

It bothered me that the "Evil" chimps were darker and uglier than the "Good" chimps, and they never showed the other side's women or children (which presumably they would have to have).

Just saw this tonight (it was this or THE RAID but I let my girlfriend pick and then flipped a coin and everything pointed to go seeing this) and I 100% agree with the review. They definitely pushed the "good versus evil" story way too hard, which is ironic because the actual turning point of the story (Oscar's mom's

Supposedly there are references to that story arc in Legend Of Korra. I'm still hoping that they do the Zuko spin-off that would have cleared that plot up at some point, even if it's in comic book form.

I don't like what they've done to Robin's characterization, considering how inconsistent it is between all the Bat-titles. In Batman, Damien is shown as caring and compassionate, but in B&R he comes off as a dick and there's no clear reason.

@avclub-b991e1dcd51bcef155428c414a0e056b:disqus the first issue plays out like the pilot of a TV series in a good way (introduces all the characters fast and shows you what the story is going to be like), plus the concept is really interesting. It might be better to tradewait (I haven't read the second issue yet so i

it's also a bi-weekly and 3.99 an issue. Marvel has some serious problems with their pricing scheme.

The tie-ins for OWLS stand on their own, excluding THE DARK KNIGHT issue which is Batman #9 from the perspective of a Talon. I'm probably dropping a lot of Batbooks once the arc is over. I already dropped Nightwing and am probably dropping Batwing and B&R as well. I really get the sense that this arc was originally

SEVERED was so fucking good.

SPACEMAN has been pretty good, SAUCER COUNTRY's first issue was decent, iZOMBIE is wrapping up and UNWRITTEN is getting REALLY good.

that issue of Supreme isn't an ongoing, it was his last script that he wrote in order specifically so if someone wanted to follow up on it they could. The rest of the ongoing is going to be written by Larsen.

I think both books are a lot better if you read them side-by-side. There are a lot of parallels between Buddy-Little Wing and Abby's Brother-Abby that you wouldn't really catch otherwise.

Hey now, I love Young Justice but let's not go around badmouth Brave And The Bold. It was the Batman cartoon we needed, but not the one that we deserved.

I loved X-Men and Spider-Man. Actually I liked it a lot more than I did most of the DCAU stuff, except Batman. I haven't watched them in a while so I don't know how well they hold up, however.
