I think they will leave him behind at school. Stan will get a whiff of the real Phillip and Elizabeth before they disappear with Paige. Claudia, or her people, will contact Stan with a bank account for Henry. He'll stay quiet about it and keep Henry.

I can see them leaving Henry behind at school in the US. They will just leave, Henry will get a visit or phone call from Claudia giving him a bank account and an apartment.
