Be careful what you wish for. Huckfest was a big deal for a while at the Pismo Dunes (I think it has run into insurance/security/permit problems more recently). Here’s an epic failure:

My old HMO had drive-thru flu shots at some locations. Pull into the parking lot to the portable canopy, give them your insurance card and photo-id, and then they jabbed you while you sat in the car. Very efficient and quick.

Apparently Huckfest didn’t happen at Pismo Beach this year. I’d think the locals here are grateful - it’s a giant waste of public safety resources to try to protect these nimrods from themselves.
