Meanwhile, in China...

What works for a short video doesn't work when compared to the annual crash statistics, where Ethiopia ranks among the worst in traffic collisions and fatalities.

Because i'm speaking political truths on a car forum? It's cool bro, continue thinking that we're at war in the middle east for political gain and freedom, not oil or any corporate interests.

Pay for what? The GoPro? Do you think that they don't fly ANY TRAINING FLIGHTS EVER??? They just sit in front of a computer flying PC flight simulator then when it's time they get in a real plane? You do know they fly training flights that they don't record right? Is it because they brought a GoPro along, that

Not in the least; I was pointing out how utterly self-defeating it is to stare down one's nose at others whilst missing the festering zit resting on that selfsame nose.

They also have to live on a boat for months at a time and you know, give up their souls for the american corporate overclass to pull the strings of the war machine.

i would say the same about people and driving cars, but that hasn't stopped them

It was a sacrifice, but that water is the best tasting water in the world. Hands down. If you have ever had some, you wouldn't even think about arguing with me.

Hi all, Carlos Villa here, just to say thank you all for the feature. Really excited that you guys liked it, and thanks for the comments. See you later with more art.

Blatantly wrong technique — just waiting to slice a chuck of thumb or finger off:

Some people can't ever seem to graduate past this utensil. Anybody that has ever worked in a professional kitchen will tell you the same thing.

I've always loved this system. They used to have the pipes bubble up the water in the Pulgas Water Temple at Crystal Springs Reservoir after the long pipe journey to aerate it back in the 80's. Super cool.

Which also explains where the horses all came from. :P

Very useful for stills. If it's clean you can stop down further and use a faster shutter. F2.8 is pretty reasonable for pulling focus but you might not want the aesthetic of say an F1.2 lens with shallow depth of field. Also if someone is moving quickly and you didn't want a lot of motion blur a high sensitivity

How loaded do you have to be to have leisure time like this. All you need is a helicopter

Speak for yourself. The ability to shoot hand-held in low light (or fast moving subjects) opens up a whole new world for still photography. With film, quality fell of quickly above 800 asa (color print - lower for color slides). My Fuji X-Pro is decent up to about 3200 ... I do A LOT of night shots, and this Sony

the hope is that the lower ISOs, like 1600-6400, would exhibit significantly less noise. but we don't know for sure if that's the case yet.

Slog-2 is one of the best features on the camera for video recording. It takes the highlights and the shadows that would normally be lost, and compresses them tonally, so that what you get is a video output with a very high dynamic range. That will make the video files more flexible to work with, and you won't lose

I don't understand. It seems to make a great job at capturing what I suppose is very dim ambient light, but at the same time it's not blinded by the light emitted by the fire? Also it's like the fire doesn't light up anything around it.
