I am glad I am not the only one who was pissed when I saw this. I felt dumber for watching it, and had to rewind it again just to see if my IQ dropped again. It did so I continued to rewatch it. After a few hours of this I just started to drool uncontrollably and spout off untrue facts......

Maine has a good inspection system. People will skirt around the rules, but I think it would help. I am sure if you see an unsafe car on the road you can call your local PD and report it, and I am sure they get right on it....hehehe
