This kind of transparent BS is why I cancelled my pay TV service. Antennas and free TV for the win

there is a cable company that actually does this. Not with every single show, but selected ones. Time warner does a Start Over, where you can start a show from the beginning at any time during its air (up to 10:59 for a 10pm show) and look back, where you can watch any prime time show from the last 3 days, also they

back in the day there were Star Trek conventions and "serious" Science fiction conventions. I ran one of the first cons to mix media and writers and was regularly dissed for trying to mix the two. Media fandom, at least in Ohio, was not respectable.

You know a funny thing... I used to work for a newspaper in the production department and every week there would be a new political cartoon. We used to wait for it to come out to see how lame, nonsensical and generally not remotely amusing it was. We used to mock the guy, no talent, why was he here etc... He quit,

I used to put on the nintendo game just to listen to that theme over and over again.

Yeah, come to Cleveland the Film Commision said, the Indians will be out of the running by June. So now we are in a pennant race and the road BESIDE THE BALLPARK is closed for filming this movie. But hey, someone saw Chris Evans at Panninis in his Capn America Costume eating lunch.

YES THAT is true, I read somewhere that the original middle name was supposed to be Thomas, and in "Where No Man has Gone Before" I think the Middle Initial on the gravestone was different, but I would have to rewatch the episode.

He was an awsome Jesus too. Too bad he died so young

yes it was Diana Muldaur. She was an ex GF of Roddenberrys from what I heard.

I remember reading once that network censors told Roddenberry that he was showing too much cleavage and was not allowed to show the top of womens breasts, so in Mudd's Women he actually had a costume that showed the bottom of the womans breast.

Only dogs can hear that note.

Didn't Matt Rolloff ( Little People, Big World) play an Ewok?

At a lot of conventions, they can't pay guests a fee to attend, so its likely that the guy got airfare, meals and a room to be there, and any payment he got was selling those photos.

Not just in DC

She had some really good Shatner hair stories at a con I once attended

Word. I usually wait for the DVD of the entire seriese these days. Why bother otherwise

iF THAT were true, Hillary would be president

PRETTY sure that was twilight zone

I have been to Portmeirion Wales to attend an annual Prisoner convention. As beautiful as it is, there is nothing more fun than walking about the "Village" with people in full costume, announcements over the loudspeaker, human chess, and rover on the beach.

He reminds me a lot of Harlan, before his married PWhipped days.
