I already do! If you add 6 teams then you keep the interest of fans of teams who are vying for a 6 spot which would boost ratings and attendance in the latter part of the season. Baseball has a serious issue with the fact that most people stop paying attention once football season starts.

It’s a shame that such a long seasons comes down to one game like that! That is why they need to expand the playoffs to 6 teams, the top 2 get byes, and 6-3 play a best of 3 first round wild-card game.

murder in texas is second-degree murder in other states. Capital murder is first degree murder in Texas. 

They do have an distinction but they have different terms. First degree murder in texas is called capital murder. She was basically convicted of second-degree murder.

I think it falls under manslaughter or criminally negligent homicide because entering an apartment by mistake isn’t a crime which is what is lacking for her to be indicted for murder under the definition of Texas Penal code
