You are referencing the GT with the turbo engine and decent Drive Train. Unfortunately, that was not the normal PT cruiser. The normal 4 cylinder one was somehow both incredible underpowered and a gas guzzler at the same time. Truly a remarkable feat of engineering.

The problem with your statement is that it only applies to the GT with the Turbo power plant and decent drivetrain. That wasn’t the “normal” PT cruiser that was somehow horribly underpowered and a gas guzzler at the same time. It was a piece of junk.
