I wish I could rewind/replay and see the different reactions for a dozen different chyrons.
You have to give credit where credit is due. Microsoft really stepped up to their promise of backwards compatibility. They could have nixed it early on, since a large portion of consumers don’t really care for older games (even remasters are sorta sneered at). Or at least only focus on previous popular titles. But…
Konami has stated that they make higher level charts with the intention of using the bar in mind. This used to be a debate in the community like 10 years ago, but it’s very well-accepted nowadays and you’d be hard-pressed to find many competitive players who don’t use it. It’s an intended part of the game’s design.
There is no way to add “style and flair” on songs of difficulty 17+, which is the only range allowed in the KAC Finals. They are too fast. Watch any video of a song in that range and you’ll immediately understand.

The silver lining to living in Trump country Arkansas is reading the comments on local news sites. I’ve done maybe a solid 30 minutes of work today.
Comes from the term “soy-boy.” It comes from the belief that eating lots of soy makes you less masculine. It’s basically another way to call someone a cuck.
Basically, there’s this alt-right meme that diets in high in soy product make men less masculine and therefore “betas”.
The alt-right uses “soy boy” as an insult for weak, limp-wristed men.
Good thing you shelled out for the test with “accurate” on it. I’m the kind of cheapskate who figures that it’s worth saving a few bucks to get the one with “close enough” on it. It’s not like my dog really cared when I found out she was a Yorkshire Terrier-Mastiff mix, with 8% ferret DNA mixed in.
I think it is hilarious that this exists. Also my dog is named Harley.
The science on this one gives me paws.
“Mostly Bullshit” is a needlessly clickbaity headline, and makes it seem like they’re just tossing your sample and making up the results. Essentially they’re taking your sample and comparing to the samples of a few thousand other people. The larger and more diverse the sample is, the more accurate your results will be.…
Forgive me if I don’t believe a word that comes out Dan Lozano’s sewer.
