Why is keeping your current old cars running longer never a discussion with these guys? I have 3 vehicles in my family and even the newest is already 10 years old. Do I want a new one? Maybe. Do I need a new one? Of course not.

This is what Lucid should have built from the beginning. I rarely see S-Class or 7 series anymore, but plenty of Range Rovers, Escalades, Cayennes or any unreasonably expensive SUVs. Heck, I saw 2 R1S and 1 Urus just this past week.

I really like the tech Lucid has developed, even watched some of their nerdy and lengthy videos in full. However, the lowest available trim - Pure - is still $90k, which really priced themselves out of the demographic who truly appreciates the nerdy stuff.
