I consider myself can wrench fairly well, but every time I see the absolutely and ridiculously packed engine bay of a Z32 300ZX, it sends a shiver down my spine.

Not sure what you are on about. Merc’s GLE and GLC coupes are gorgeous looking vehicles. Much better executed compared to the counterparts at BMW.
