Ten bucks says the wife won’t believe her. If this guy could manipulate a long distance lover this much, imagine what he’s got going on with his present, available spouse. He could probably convince her he’s a spy, or Cookie Monster, or an alien.

My theory about Lexus has always been thus:

Lexus is the pretty, pleasant, well-mannered, thoughtful girl. The one your parents like and the one who gets along with your friends and even when there’s the odd disagreement, you never go to bed angry. Always been there for you. Always will be.

But then you find yourself

“we’re going to give you the most performance and luxury we can as long as we can maintain bullet-proof reliability”

Don’t take all the air out of his tires. That would be too obvious.

You’re absolutely right! BUT, since it isn’t my only job, I CAN afford a W220 S600 BiTurbo. So...you know...go out and find a better attitude and try to engage in some proper discussion.

I think you might be my long lost brother. I’m the same way: I’ll drive anything and I think every car has something to offer.

I know I’m a bit of an outlier, but there is no car I would never drive. They all have something to offer, even if it’s how bad they are. If I could be given a different car every three months with the only promise that it wouldn’t break down, I would take the deal.

Let the “cheating” begin...

People who order pizza see Mirages all the time.

Put it on my tab at Harry's.

I would imagine 99.5% of miles on Wranglers take place off road, so this is a major factor to consider.

They lost me at race prepped. It's like Ford showing Ken Block in his rallycross Fiesta and trying to sell a ST.

I have no problem with the metric system...but as I say, in many circles in the US it's common to refer to pounds per horsepower. Surely that can't be news...

I'm sorely tempted to put the W123, particularly the wagon, but for me the pinnacle of Mercedes has always been the 560 SEC.

yeah you know me

I was in Detroit in 2012 — it's bad — but I'm sure some New Orleans folks can chime in here and tell you just how bad it is down there. Stuff hasn't been fixed since Katrina so there are literally potholes that are multiple FEET deep. I've never in my life seen roads like that — even in Mexico and other foreign

I think they should have made the moose out of mousse.... that would have been more interesting.
