Exactly this, no matter what you think warranty or customer pay we want to fix your car and make you happy. There might be some crappy dealership employees but some of us actually want to help you.

I can answer this one for you...there is no maintenance due in the first 5k so you’re good there. As far as abuse unless you do something really stupid it won’t get brought up at all.
