I’m with the voice actors on every issue except residuals. Everything else is about having a safe work environment and everyone should have that. Being paid in perpetuity should never be automatic. Residuals should be negotiated on a per-contract basis.

The only negative I can think of is when TV shows insist on showing you their hashtag in the bottom corner during the entirety of the show. That’s kind of annoying.
