I should listen to "In Our Time" more than I do.

Noted!

I generally prefer to listen to music, but I want to find some more podcasts, aside from the Arsecast.*

I combined the two lists!

I asked that question here once before. Here's the list:

Any podcasts that you would recommend?

Yeah, same here. I'm actually listening to this podcast for the first time. This episode is worth a listen. Iannucci talks quite a bit about The Thick of It.

Agitpod - Episode 4 (Armando Iannucci)

Absolutely. It's incredible that he hasn't played in a 3-4-3 before. There was a lot of talk about his lack of "match fitness" beforehand, but I think his performance showed that it's not a factor for a one-off game. He knew that he had a few months to prepare fot the next one, so was able to give absolutely

Did anybody notice that this is 7 years since the Great Departure in the world of the Leftovers, and 7 years since the end of Lost in the real world ? Coincidence or did Lindelof do that in purpose ?

Pretty good. I'm about to watch last night's The Leftovers.

I wish they had cast extras who had already appeared in the series, or offered some kind of meta-recognition of the fact that these survivors were suddenly visible to the audience. Hurley could have made a reference to Scott and Steve, or Sawyer could have made a sarcastic, throwaway comment.

"Exposé" was obviously that Twilight Zone-esque episode. It actually felt a bit like a Community episode too.

"Hey guys, it’s been a really fun and active comments thread today—thanks to Drudge for all the traffic!—but our check from George Soros just arrived, so we’re shutting it down."

Which other comment board was closed?

David Silva is great too.
