Keagan Michael Key is still my favorite performer of the duo, but you can see where the brain for a lot of it was in Peele.

Their Halloween episodes where always funny and kinda creepy too.

I miss this show.

I hate to derail another Evan thread but I just wanted y’all to know:

I choose to believe that his films are so good because he understands that most good sci-fi and horror are essentially social parables wrapped up in ridiculous costumes and premises.

I’m kind of used to Hades spitting out red flames from his hands as he tends to do that when he’s angry. Really he should come with an alternate head that’s upset with red fire.

The copyright on Steamboat Willy was due to run out several years ago, then the copyright law was changed, due in large part, by extensive Disney lobbying. I wouldn’t expect to see it become public domain in any of our lifetimes.

I’m speculating that Disney saw there was no big outcry when Gunn was hired for Suicide Squad (like what happened when Lasseter was hired by Skydance or Louis C.K. trying to do stand-up again) and decided they were in the clear to re-hire him.

He’ll also be the first MCU director to complete their trilogy - the Russos don’t con’t count since they directed two out of three Captain America films and two out of four Avengers films.

I am looking forward to James Wan’s Prince Namor.

Yeah, but he only half-directed Justice League. Also, I totally forgot about Justice League, which...is probably how it should be.

Man... I finally got around to watching the trailer last night and just started shouting “NOPE” over and over again as the trailer went on. I’m sure it will be great but that trailer stressed me out so much and I do not know if I will be able to watch this.

I’m looking forward to a year’s worth of comments saying Us is overrated/ Us wasn’t actually that good of a movie/ why does everyone keep talking about Us/ stop shoving Us down our throats. /s

You can technically say the same thing about The Dark Knight.
