First Pretenders record. It'll make your balls jiggle:

Wow! Seeing Zeppelin live must have been an amazing experience. Last year I went to a Heart show, and John Bonham's son, Jason, and his band opened for them. They were outstanding.

No problem here. I like me some Randy Newman. Sometime in the last couple or three years I read John M. Barry's Rising Tide: The Great Mississippi Flood of 1927 and How It Changed America. A good book about some bad times.

Nice post! Made me think of this Led Zeppelin song about the Mississippi flood. Originally recorded by Kansas Joe and Memphis Minnie in 1929.

The only way to remember is to not try to remember. Except when you try not to remember then you still can't remember.

Only one I could find in my library was ZZ Top. Which is not a bad find.

Never heard that before tonight. I like it.

In a couple of months I will have loved that song for 50 years.

Does my heart good to hear some BTO!

Diana, this was not my original intention tonight by that's just too good of a setup.

Yeah, but how were the kids?

FUN FACT: My uncle lawyer once represented a kid who got punched by the guy in the Chuck E Cheese mascot suit. Don't pull on the tail after Chuck drinks his lunch.

That is all I could think of while reading that section! What a fucking hypocrite.

Speaking of which, I was in a Toys R Us for the first time in forever recently, and it fucking sucked. In my memory, that place has nothing but Transformers, GI Joe, and role playing game stuff in it.

In high school, I worked at Discovery Zone, which was a lame version of Chuck E. Cheese, but we pretended it was like more educational or something. And more athletic. And had a lot more neon.
