Love this song. It got a lot of play from me, but you're right, and I think maybe because it's not as amped. Maybe. Not sure why. But I like it.

Tim Petty? Hell yeah.
Touching tribute and song. Yes, my eyes are leaking. Thank you for this. I'm new, too, still learning. Hope you'll stick around. Welcome.
One of my top 20 fav Black Crowe songs, She Talks To Angels, I found a live performance. Exquisite.
You're right re the music. And, now that you mention it, I recall a lot of touring that had me scratching my head as it seemed like there weren't many original members still around. Right or wrong, I hate it when one of an original sound keeps the name and it's an unpleasant sound that ruins a good memory.
They got me through law school. Mental health music breaks were a must.
That's ridiculous if she's acknowledging the demand that's being ignored. They rightfully belong there. I wonder why they haven't been inducted.
Travestry as they represent Southern rock in the great tradition as the A. Bros. I think that's my fav song of theirs.
I am so envious. I saw BB once and ate at his Memphis bbq restaurant. damn good on all accounts. BB , King of Blues forever. And without a doubt, a National Treasure.
That dog is terrified of the kitties. Too scared to move. They are bullies when no one's around.
Tortured but well done. I concur.
I have to agree. See down thread. I was also a huge Soul Train fan.
Really sorry I missed that. I'm so glad Marrs has made it relevant again. Olds like me still listen, but the mils needed some good funk of their own. I'm a big fan of all those bands and also love the smooth sounds of Earth, Wind, and Fire and their ilk. Marrs brings the sexy and the funk to this generation. I'm…
I grew up in tropical climates. Anything below the 50s drives me indoors. I have been outside for groceries only twice and to check my office once since Sarurday when the frigid hell cold moved in. Chicago? I wouldn't survive the fall.
Very nice Juan. You have a taste I am understanding and appreciate. I dig it and this song.
I would like to be there now. Now. Snow in Nashville. Teen temps. The earth has left its orbit and is hurtling away from the sun.
FUCK YEAH. Um. Shots of roids please. That's right. A round. Thank you. That was almost intense. The music was cool.
Love this song. Soul Train. Yeah Baby. Breaking it down. I had to post Bruno Marrs and Mark Ronsom, Uptown Funk. Somebody, somebody had to bring back the funk.
I like your take and most def this song. I'm not big on mansolo either. But hearing that arrangement of Rebel, Rebel and in French seemed oh so cool. I don't really get the folksy revival stuff, but yay for those who do. And, one of my biggest regrets in life was never seeing Bowie live, though I did wear much glitter…
