Why would you want to pay someone who is so obviously eager to fuck your wallet dry? They’ve done this twice in one game. Twice. When are people going to stop giving EA a pass for being so shitty?
Is FFXV that profitable for Square Enix? I’m genuinely curious, because I was sure the game sold on hype alone. I mean, I honestly didn’t hate the game, but I would never consider paying for anything related to the game after launch.
I hate to think where gaming will go if we continue to rely on these “AAA”publishers. If the state of gaming doesn’t improve, I won’t even consider gaming outside of the realm of Nintendo systems anymore. Sony’s CEO will be eating his words on monetization, if this keeps up. I can play freemium games on my iPhone…
