and who else is loving Deacon? maybe i'm the only one, but this dude is seriously endearing himself to me.

Strong start to season two. I really enjoyed S1 much more than I expected; I'm intrigued by this little show and happy to see where it takes us.
Damn you, show, your ending made me leak saltwater out of my eyes.
thanks! :)
Wouldn't this be inadmissible evidence? The recording was made without Jimmy's knowledge and wasn't made by law enforcement. Pretty sure that's inadmissible.
I certainly would prefer the company of Danny, a likable drunk who deals with his past through booze, than Willa, who's a cold-hearted, borderline evil human being who's shut down all emotion.
Willa is kind of a monster, if you haven't noticed.
Yeah, not once has anyone in the Warren family that knows Ben's identity asked about his family. It shows that they're pretty self-motivated people. Ben is a proxy for whatever they need him to be, not an actual person to them.
to be fair, Clarice was just a trainee and Jack thought he was giving her harmless/useful field experience. they thought they had located Jame at that point.
WE HAVE A LESBIAN LIFESTYLE BLOG? HOW SILLY, WHO WOULD EVER READ SUCH A THING IN NOT-PORTLAND, BECAUSE NOT-PORTLAND, A CITY OF 75,000 PEOPLE THAT SURELY BEARS NO LIBERAL HIPPIE RESEMBLANCE TO REAL-PORTLAND, SURELY HAS NO LESBIANS.
No matter how self-conscious it was, it still was pretty awesome when he mentioned the word 'husband' to Nina and she didn't even blink. Progress!
Claire said he should be at college, and the actor's 19, so I think he's over 18.
To be fair, I do think Bridey stopped sleeping with Danny before she slept with Willa.
Frankly, I do want to say, the attitude that 'the world is a scary place' is what has led to helicopter parenting nightmares today, and kids never going outside, and kids growing up to becoming very sheltered/fragile/entitled college students, and on and on. The world isn't any more inherently (or statistically)…
'He’s a pedophile, but is not a bad person? How can that even be?'
Man, I hate that they killed off my favorite character (and once more punishing a happy LGBTQ character, nice job, network TV), but Jane covering for Doug was DEEPLY unexpected. Actual nice job, show!
i find it hard to believe they would never play her weight for laughs.
She seems like a nice person but I just don't go for this type of comedy, the flyover-state crowd-pleasing James/Sandler/Stiller 'fatty fall down, it funny' comedy.
missing the point. i'm not saying, again, that opening bands aren't ever received badly. i've seen it more than once. hell, i've been on the receiving end of it. my point is, again, that these people seemed puzzled by the concept that there WAS an opening band. as in 'what's thiiiiiis? where are the Dollllls?' it…
maybe it was different in '73, but openers tend to be advertised well in advance.
