If I went swimming without my contact lenses, I’d probably drown. This just isn’t realistic for people with strong prescriptions and is completely ridiculous. I have dailies, so I feel relatively safe.

Thank you for this wildly impractical advice. If I can’t wear contacts while swimming then I just don’t get to go swimming, because I like being able to see. Which, maybe people with bad eyesight just don’t get to go swimming, but then say that, not this stupid thing.
