Oh yeah, in your situation I’d absolutely get one of the M/RS/AMG cars. As a single guy, I’d probably go even more impractical with either the M4 or Cayman or something.

I was right there with you until I came to the realization that ride quality matters too much given the shit condition of the roads near me. Plus I’ve blown out 4 tires on 19" wheels on my S5, I imagine the 19/20s on the M3 won’t do much better.

Great choice. I’m in a similar boat, but likely going for the M2. Gimmee the last of that ICE, M, manual fun!
