I’ve watched pretty much every episode of her show, sometimes she has really good segments but there are a lot of weak ones. I don’t think anyone in the production/scripting side is giving her criticism on what on the show is working and what isn’t.

Her version of “Engaging” is going to be so hard, I hope she can do good but her obnoxious and brash way of engaging with people is in their face with not a lot of forethought and more what comes to the top of her head, she needs to reign in her intentions and do it more succinctly.
