Like, after over a month of consistent play and wonderful surprises, the latter started to run dry. And I was still enjoying it, but there was a tiny bit of resignation that yeah, that was inevitable.

And now here's a view from western Europe:
Waiter - only if it's good and service was excellent, usually something like 2-5%
Rest. Delivery - Only when it is a couple of cents to round it of (i.e. $19,76 —> $20,-)
Rest. Takeout - never
Bartender - only when service has been perfect all night, but pretty much never.
