I find I dodge a lot in Bloodborne. I think it’s just a matter of knowing where to dodge to. In contrast to you, I temporarily abandoned Nioh in the transition from the first to the second region, whereas I’ve ten playthroughs with Bloodborne on one of my characters alone.

Oh thank gods, it was a fun read but I found it a little silly as it is SOOO over the top but everyone seems to love it so much I was beginning to feel self conscious about harboring what would obviously be such an unpopular opinion.

Well from what I’ve seen of the 6 seasons of AHS on Netflix, they pretty much portray violence gratuitously, so I’m sure they made the right call. Plus it’s not as if portrayals of violence in media have no effect. Just like the way media handled Trump in the election didn’t have no effect.

When I think of Dark Souls, human enemies are not what comes to mind.
