I find my main problem isn't so much not needing sleep, as I can function with 6-8 hours sleep just fine, but I find that my natural rhythm is to be awake about 18h instead of 16 and then sleep 8h.

In ear earphones with silicone buds work great for $40-100, after which you're looking at active noise cancelling headphones but I've always found in-ear standard headphones work fine.
