Here too, but sadly in UK they have decided to take it out on the nurses rather than confronting the economic system of over whelming middle management that absorbs most of the money- and they cut salaries, overtime, hours, and ability to work outside the NHS for the nurses. Now they are all in deep shit, money wise.
