Not only that, they are 1.7 percenters.

As a BMW owner, this is a funny trope, but face it, this is not just limited to BMW drivers. Far more truthful about pick-up drivers of any make/model.

During my exit interview I was asked if there were certain things and/or staff that I would pinpoint as problem areas for the company. I replied that if that cannot see what the problems are that lead to my departure then they deserve to live with them.

All surveys have some level of bias. Not one is perfect. Some are better than others. JD Power is scammy inasmuch that their internal bias is to perhaps inflate the results of certain brands that they think are more likely to buy their endorsement. And that is how JD Power makes its money.
