The first problem is - WTF? A 6 year loan on a Kia? He went in, dropped $10k as down payment on a vehicle that was going to lose $20k the minute it rolled off the lot. Actually, the seller’s premium can be fluid - especially when you have an item such as this. I would expect 10% to be the low end. Buyers premium fluctuates by auction with Mecum, but I think the standard is 15%.
