If, as you state, Tesla is past their preorder fulfillment then the following must be true: Tesla either grossly overstated the number of preorders OR nearly 35% of all of the preorders Tesla said they had CANCELLED their order.

What also should be noted is Tesla’s complete lack of advertising. They will not expand their market share until they actively position themselves to folks that are in the market for a new car and give them a compelling reason to consider a Tesla over not only ICE’s but also all the other electrics coming out.
