    The lack of a grille (or something else to make it more interesting), and the slightly odd interior aside...

    The Model-X has no grille yet it has a design detail where a grille would be and it looks better than this.

    So everyone keeps saying the Lexus is missing the “spark” or it doesn’t “feel as good”, etc., etc. The problem with that is it answers the wrong question of “Is the Lexus IS better than the E36 M3?” That’s not being asked; instead the question at hand is: “Is an E36 BMW or a Lexus IS300 a better drivable tuner car?”
