Weird headline. Even some nonlawyers know how to document an experience at work and how to spread (true) stories. I don’t see in this story how she acted as a lawyer.
Lol. Lotsa women (including most elected dems) are pushing the “return to normal” too.
I understand that he was being hyperbolic and wasn’t saying that Walton or her politics are literally similar to David Duke or Duke’s politics. But even still, this was an incredibly stupid thing to say, and should have known better.
My position has, and continues to be, that there probably isn’t anything any politician can do (legally at least,) to coerce Joe Manchin into not being a piece of shit.
I saw someone on Twitter say this, but: If you accuse a corporation of breach of contract, and that corporation responds by immediately referencing COVID, that corporation 100% breached that contract.
Can we not pretend there's such a thing as "trickle-down social justice" lol? Even if she wins its not going to help small content creators afford to sue DISNEY.
He literally was a prosecutor.
I’ve long given up on any sensible gun safety measures in this country. When Americans saw a bunch of dead first graders in a classroom and didn't do anything about it? That's when I knew that there will never be enough people to care.

(For an example of how this might play out, take a look at “Judicial Watch” and their decades-long campaign against…
...did you think I just wanted to change their equipment and leave the shoot-first, pretend-you-were-in-fear-for-your-life-later Warrior Cop bullshit untouched, or is it possible for people to address a single point without being completely ignorant of all others?
If you find yourself making assumptions about “99% of…

I don’t think the tax cuts are as unpopular as a national abortion ban would be. Something like 75% of people support Roe and would not want to see it overturned. Meanwhile something like 50-60% of people really hated the tax cuts based on what I can glean.
I don’t think the goal is to win. I think being on Fox News and having people talking about her was the goal.
